PUBLIC NOTICE SCOPE: The amended Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), providing the right of access to public records.

The amended Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), which first took effect on January 1, 1978, provides you the right of access to many public records, which may include records of Nurses Middle College Charter High School Region (NursesMC-CR).

Nurses Middle College Charter High School has adopted regulations governing when, where, and how you can see its public records. These regulations and Article 6 of the Public Officers Law § 84 et seq. are available at places where such records are stored.
