Dr. Antonikowski is Associate Professor of Medical Education and a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the Department of Pediatrics and Neurology at Albany Medical Center.

Dr. Antonikowski is Associate Dean of the Division of Community Outreach and Medical Education and oversees the Service Learning curriculum and education pathway programming.

Prior to her current roles, Dr. Antonikowski was Chief Health Equity and Inclusion officer (Albany Med), chief psychologist in the Department of Pediatrics (Albany Med) and Director of Behavioral Science and Research in the Department of Family and Community Medicine (Albany Med).

An advocate for access and equity in her community, Dr. Antonikowski is a part of the Capital District Asylum Collaborative and serves on other boards focused on children and families in the Capital Region.
